We also encourages suppliers to adopt practices that minimise their community impact and deliver benefits in relation to their own operations and throughout the supply chains in which they operate. Britcon works in partnership whenever possible with local stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Britcon is committed to employing and development the skills of a local workforce and as such retains a loyal team and extremely low staff turnover.

This philosophy has enabled the retention of an immense wealth of knowledge within the company, as well as clear direction and a focused management approach. 

Britcon has established policies for employee training and development with continuous options open to all employees at any level. For example, we have invested considerably to ensure all operational staff are trained to NEBOSH Health and Safety Standard
