Britcon understands the need for clients within the community to maintain and invest in their infrastructure in order to preserve their long term ability to provide services. We assist them in turning ideas into reality.
When working within a Community Centre or a Private Surgery Britcon understands the importance of focusing on our clients needs and will often find these align with the requirements of the Considerate Constructors scheme, an initiative in which we regularly participate. It is important we understand the daily routine of the facility in order plan operations and minimize disruption.
Regular participation within stakeholder and focus groups has enabled Britcon to ensure the team does not loose focus of original projects aims and objectives. We understand the value of early involvement ensuring that good communication between all the project stakeholders occurs.
