Britcon's industrial and commercially based clients require their contractor to understand their business and the drivers that have made them successful. The drivers within this competitive sector remain the ability to deliver the project as quickly as possible whilst meeting cost and quality constraints.
Britcon have undertaken projects within the industrial and commercial sectors on both greenfield and brownfield sites together with the challenges of operating within existing manufacturing plants.
Working on live sites is particularly challenging as the need to cause minimal disruption is paramount.
Britcon takes time at the beginning of your project to define objectives, terms of reference, stakeholder analysis, and breakdown of work structure.
Our management teams carry technical expertise in project management, commercial management, project planning, design management, health and safety and mechanical and electrical services co-ordination. We will appoint a dedicated team with the right skill mix to manage the processes ensuring availability of resources.
