A launch date has been announced for the prestigious show home at the much-anticipated new residential development by HG Homes on Sunningdale Road in Scunthorpe.
The local developer is now well underway with the construction of Yaddlethorpe Grange to provide 68 two, three and four-bedroom family houses. Contained within a private walled community the charming development combines nine different house designs and a choice of detached, semi-detached and mews homes with individual character and large gardens.
HG Homes, which is a part of Scunthorpe established Hunt Group, will officially launch Yaddlethorpe Grange on Sunday 14th January with their new show home and sales suite opening to the public.

In keeping with Hunt Group’s strong family ethos, Yaddlethorpe Grange is being built by their long established and multiple award-winning construction company Britcon. Site sales are being managed by Michelle Hunt, the wife of Hunt Group CEO Shaun Hunt. Their eldest son Declan Hunt is the site manager.
