Britcon is committed to employing and development the skills of a local workforce and as such retains a loyal team and extremely low staff turnover.

This philosophy has enabled the retention of an immense wealth of knowledge within the company, as well as clear direction and a focused management approach. 

Britcon has established policies for employee training and development with continuous options open to all employees at any level. For example, we have invested considerably to ensure all operational staff are trained to NEBOSH Health and Safety Standard
