Tropical World was regenerated as part of Leeds City council Parks and Leisure ground redevelopment in the Leeds area. The park has exceeded expectations when it came to financial benefits and footfall within just the first few months of opening Tropical Park. This project was procured through the YORbuild framework.
The project in brief is a single storey Community Centre for Winterton Town Council. Internally the building is designed for two purposes the first being for the use of the Football Association and the second for the Community in general.
Britcon completed the construction of a Private Hospital at Bradley. The scheme provided 13 apartments with 36 bed spaces fully equipped gymnasium, training workshops and kitchens, multi sensory room, external running track, extensive gardens and independent office accommodation for support staff.
Having undertaken phase one works comprising civil engineering enabling works such as drainage, bridge abutments and the new car park, Britcon were awarded the prestigious contract to construct a new visitor centre at Potteric Carr for Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
