Construction of Business Units at Robin Hood Airport for Priority Sites Limited is one of numerous projects undertaken for this high profile client.

Priority Sites is a unique joint venture which brings together the strengths of a major private-sector financial group, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and a public-sector national regeneration agency, English Partnerships.

The Delta Court Business Park project at Robin Hood airport comprised the construction of 16 hybrid style business units varying in size from 279m2 to 580m2. Britcon Limited has now completed a 6.5 acres site development within the Doncaster Robin Hood Airport site boundary for Priority Sites Limited. Formerly RAF Finningley, the site comprised low density housing used by servicemen on the RAF base.

The units were built to a high specification to project a quality image. Construction consists of steel portal frame with elevations of blockwork and high quality cladding panels incorporating feature glazing. Each unit has a modern office fit out.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of 'very good' the site encourages use of bicycles and proposed car parking has been purposely restricted to encourage other forms of green transport.
