Education & Development
Our staff are our biggest asset and we are committed to ensuring our staff receive continual personal development and making sure skills and capabilities are kept up to date and we provide all the support and specialist training to those who require it to do their job function, as well as embracing a new approach to doing things, particularly with innovation and technology.
We take Health and Safety training very seriously and review training periodically to ensure all employees receive training to keep their skills current and all certificates up to date. Providing additional training for specific projects if required.
Development and Review
Employees and their respective line managers have regular performance reviews, which are then presented to the senior management team to allow for future development, performance and succession planning.
Regular staff surveys are being generated through Perkbox where we actively encourage opinions and truthful feedback. This is then fed into the senior management team meetings and an action plan to address any issues that our employees may raise is developed, with the intention of making Britcon (UK) Ltd an even better place to work
We provide day release for employees wishing to take short duration courses to enhance their knowledge.
We also encourage college courses/degree courses for those employees wishing to study on a part time basis to gain the qualifications required to undertake their roles.
