Works Scope

Britcon (UK) Limited completed the project under a JCT 2016 design and build contract with bespoke client amendments. Employed as the Principal Contractor under the CDM 2015 regulations and accountable for the relevant duties. The scope of works consisted of the construction of a new vehicle automotive terminal. This included extensive infrastructure comprising of rail crossing vehicle underpass, retaining structures, ducts hard landscaping, adoptable carriageway, 278 works and two roundabouts.
