Unique Party

Worldwide distributor of party goods, Unique Party instructed Britcon to refurbish its UK headquarters building. The £750,000 contract includes full exterior and interior works to Medford House in Scunthorpe as well as the complete refurbishment of one of its distribution warehouses.

As part of the scheme, Britcon demolished external timber lobbies, and stripped out all existing internal fitout including doors and windows.

External works included new windows, cladding of existing brick wall, new doors with low level thresholds and low-pitched roofing.

Internal works included new ceilings throughout with flush mounted ceiling lighting, all new oak veneer doors, sockets, extractor fans, new alarm system, new air conditioning, flooring and full kitchen and WC’s fitout.
